Thank you for shopping with Lisa Anne Designs! We take pride in creating and preparing your orders with care.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Many of our products are handmade or personalized, and some apparel items require us to order blanks before production.

During busy seasons or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

• FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.

• Orders under $75 are charged shipping based on the rates displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include our 3–5 business day processing period unless otherwise stated.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Delays

Lisa Anne Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we're always happy to help if you have concerns about your shipment.
